District Politics

Within each district of The Grand City of Caelia should be a minimum of three factions vying for power within;

  • The Good - A group who want to improve the situation within the district using legitimate and over the table tactics and methods.
  • The Bad - A group who seek selfish empowerment and are prepared to use whatever methods are required to do so.
  • The Ugly - A group who may seek to improve the situation / maintain the status quo but are prepared to do things under the table and morally grey actions.

Divine Quarter

Inner city region which contains the grand cathedrals of every recognised god in caelia. Sufficient housing is also contained for clergy and staff required to maintain the distict.

Promenade Quarter

The premium mercantile district of caelia. High value shops, residences and establishments make up the majority of built up regions in this district.

Archeon Quarter

The premium residential district of caelia. Many of the powerful 'Lesser Houses' of caelia along with their retainers and bannerlords live within the district.

The City of Caelia

Original city. older construction. reserved for noble houses, elites, ruling class and academics. sparsely populated but very wealthy. contains the Imperial Senate, Imperial Palace, Royal Academy for Magics and the Royal Bastion (a fortification large enough to garrison a full legion).
